For the past couple of weeks my credits have not been adding up corrctly at all. My machine runs all the time and I am running a P-4 3gig machine. I also lost a about 5000 credits at the time when the math problem started.

<a href="http://www.climateprediction.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=3111"> This</a> thread explains the what and why of recent credit changes.
If it doesn't explain your 1st sentence, post again, and we'll have another think.

&gt; Hi Les
My points still dont add up right. Today I should have recieved 1227.62 credits
and the change starting from 19943.19 to 20132.23 this just doesn't add up right and when I check with old computer accounts they show the same amount of change.

Thanks Darren

The credit value on your home page is the sum of the credits on your 3 computers that trickled: 20132.23

The credit value on the computer summary page for computer 197955 is: 15784.42, which is the sum of the credits for the 8 models you have run on that computer.
These 8 models had a total of 165 trickles, which is 15595.8 credits, where as you got 15784.42 credits, which is 2 trickles more.

If you look at the trickle list for model 726259, you will see that trickle 21 is missing, TS 226,842.
For model 726239, the 1st trickle in phase 2 is missing, TS 10802.

The server works out total credits from the latest trickle received, so that when a trickle goes missing, it doesn't matter, credit wise.
From the point of view of your results list, it DOES matter if you lose trickles 24, 48, or 72, as these also contain extra info that is used to show the user the result of the corresponding phase.
However, this is just decoration. The results that the researchers use is all contained in the 5 zip files uploaded when the model completes.

So I think that you have the correct amount of credits.
Or have I still misunderstood?

How are you deciding you should have 1227.62 credits today? The stats are only updated twice a day so it could be that you are not using the correct period.

The other possibility is that you are working on a model that is not listed in your results. If so, please provide the WU_name, the resultid if you know it or if not the date on the WU_name.zip file.
