There is no email facility.
Leave them where they are, and BOINC will upload them the next time it talks to the server.
Unless they are headed for Bern, which has been having problems for the last two weeks.

Is there any way to know which server is owning a WU. A member of my team is currently having problem, so it would be usefull to determine wether it's a CPDN problem or a problem on her PC

Is her PC trying to upload files and failing. The server at University of Bern is not available right now.

You can look in the client_state.xml or client_state_prev.xml and look in the file_info sections that contain zip files. In those sections following the "upload when present" line is a URL of the server it will try to send that file to. If that line contains "unibe", then it will try to send it to Bern.

In the BOINC folder there is a file called client_state.xml. Open this with Notepad, and scroll down until you come to a line with the name of the model, and ending in _1.zip. (Also, 4 others, _2 - _5)
A few lines before this is a line such as:
phkup21.unibe.ch/boinc/file_upload_handler

unibe is university of Bern, and ch is the country code for Switzerland.

If it says:
cpdn-upload1.comlab.ox.ac.uk/cpdn_cgi/file_upload_handler
It is headed for Oxford in the UK.
