You may want to detach from the project on that PC, then reattach. Something has gotten corrupted or locked. If that works and you start crunching again, you can merge this new client ID with the old one.

These lines could indicate that your virus checker is locking files while it checks for a virus.

cpdn does a lot of file writing, and agressive virus checkers have been known to cause problems.
