my boinc-model is in Phase 3, and I observe very frequent server-connects, about every 6 Minutes. What happens here??

Just out of interest, what version of BOINC are you using?

I\'m using BOINC 4.43.

In the meantime I\'ve tried to analyze the sched_request_climateprediction.net.xml-file. Seems this is the relevant part:

but I don\'t know how to interpret this. (I\'ve replaced the angle brackets with () - the boards eats them :-))

Quite odd. I\'ve run a number of models with BOINC 4.43 and hadsm 4.13 without seeing this. We had some of this frequent scheduler requent thing in sulphur alpha/beta, but that was the sulphur application itself, it has been fixed, and you are running slab. Very strange.
