The WU I was processing crashed at 1 trickle later than a previous client (which suggests a problem with the WU). Attempted to update several times which all did zilch, tried reset which appeared to download but nothing appeared on the work screen. Disk screen shows a file size of 568.20MB. I find the answers in Help Desk extremely unhelpful and user unfriendly (far too technical for me to understand).
Any suggestions about what to do now.

Sorry about the information here being hard to understand, but it\'s a complex subject.
However, answers can be written to suit.

So, looking at your account page shows that you have been limited to 1 data set per day.
This is to stop a computer with problems, and running unattended, from downloading an endless number of data sets, and draining the supply.
Which indicates that you have had a number of attempts to run a model, and each has failed in quick succession.

The last shown error was when the miscellaneous files associated with cp version 4.13 failed.
BOINC version 4.45 sometimes does this, and I\'d suggest that you go back to BOINC 4.19, which is available <a href=\"http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php\"> here.</a>

A new version of BOINC will soon be available, which apparently fixs current bugs, but, no doubt, has it\'s own.
