Hi,
I recently upgraded to the new version of Boinc, And now my project is in limbo, and all i get is this \'Communication Deferred\' message with a time behind it in the projects window. Can anyone please tell me what this means? Or what i should do about it.
Thanks for your help.

There will be another message before the \"deferred\" part.
It may help to know what this is, but at a guess from looking at your models page, you have something wrong with your computer.
You have crashed two models in quick succession on the latest appearance of your computer, and several on earlier appearances.
The server is, therefore, restricting you to one data set per day, so that you don\'t drain the supply.

The error 5 that you are displaying is used for a variety of things, but generally seems to mean computer instability.

Quickly: overclocking, overheating, (perhaps caused by dust on the cpu heatsink), choice of virus scanner, etc has been a problem in the past.

edit
Finally found the virus thread! <a href=\"http://www.climateprediction.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=2895\"> This</a> talks about several things found to cause problems.
