After entering project URL climateprediction.net, it asks for HTTP proxy server, User Name, Password, and Port. And SOCKS proxy server, User Name, Password, and Port.

Can you just leave it blank? (Assuming that you are not using a proxy server).

Boinc asks for that info if the connection is slow so keep trying
