Running Seti for years. No problem. Started running Boinc and seti & World Comm seems to run ok but CPDN has not used any CPU time although running. All resources are shared at 33%. Is there something I need to change in my preferences?

Firstly, look in your work tab and see if there is a climateprediction work unit waiting to run. If so, there should be something on that line under \'status\' which may give the answer. If it does not make sense to you look it up in the BOINC-Wiki or ask here.

Secondly, there should be a message in the messages tab. Again, you can look it up or ask about things you don\'t understand.

It may well be that your computer is too busy doing SETI units at the moment to get down to other things. If so, that will even itself out with time.

Thanks. Seems like the project ran while I blinked as it\'s now completed. Sorry to have bothered people.

It didn\'t complete, it crashed. CPDN models take weeks to complete, even on a fast machine running 24/7.
Look at the models on your account page, and you will see that you have had three failures.
Which is why you are now limited to one data set per day.
