What PC is it? Your computers are hidden so we can\'t see the results page for the one having the problem. |

Just to add a bit of info: The quota is to prevent computers with a problem from quickly draining the data set pool. A model takes weeks to create, so if the server detects a computer downloading several in a day, it has been set up to cut off the supply. If you see a quota message, the first thing you should do is fix your computer. And don\'t worry about people being able to see anything sensitive about your machines. Pick several people at random from any of the \"Top\" lists to the left, and look at them. What you are allowed to see is different to what YOU can see on YOUR Account. But making your computers visible DOES real something to people: the error messages on each of your models. So we can often get a good idea of what has gone wrong, and give you some help without having to play \"20 questions\". |
