Everything thing was going well with climateprediction .net and after this last download I keep getting this error message of failure to connect when BOINC starts to run the project. Will BIONC take care of itself or is there something I should do? Didn\'t have any problem before and don\'t have one with the other two projects.

Not being well versed in computers (a geek) is there anything I can do or just give up the ghost and stop running climateprediction.net. I threw caution to the winds and restarted the project but ended up with the same results.

You can run \"Classic\" climateprediction.net by downloading the executable from here. Note that if you are running other BOINC projects such as Seti or Einstein (or whatever), this will not work well. The program at the link is standalone and is in no way associated with BOINC. If you end up needing help for that version, you can get it at the phpBB forum. You will have to register with that forum to post.

Well, I am running Seti and Einstein fine so I suspect my best option at this time is to just run those two or see if there is a third that will may work with those two and not be more than my PC can deal with.
