That machine download 4 WUs and crashed them all within minutes. Normally the max WU per processor is 4, but because you crashed 4 nearly simutaneously it changed it to 1 per day. So the max you can currently download is 4 per day, until it starts receving good trickles. So you need to wait until after midnight UTC before it will be allowed to download the work.

You have 7 computers listed and all have had lots of errors, and you need to up grade 5.13, I see that some of the computers have not contacted CPDN for some time so I assume they are no longer trying to process WU... You may want to try one or both of the following programs too check for stability and memory problems.... Prime95 Torture test Memtest86,  BOINC Wiki
