When I signed up I chose the option to have it run on multiple logins on my computer.. I need to change that. I was having trouble not seeing the climate graphics.. just getting blank boxes and today clicking on the Show graphics tab did nothing. I figured out why. At the end of the night I logged off and logged into my daughters ID to shut down BOINC, she doesn\'t want it to run. Well.. once it logged on there was the Graphic running on the desktop! I have been suspending it when I log into her Id on Windows XP.. but how do I change the setting so it only runs on my id? Can\'t find the setting. |

You might try to uninstall using Windows|Control Panel|Add/Remove, then re-install and select the option to run with single user. Only the boinc files should be affected by that process, not the CPDN part. There is nothing credited to your account. Don\'t know what will happen to any credits logged to your daughter -- they\'ll probably stay in her account. If re-install doesn\'t do the trick, you could detach project and start again, keeping the account for yourself when that startup option is offered. Edit: A flash as I crawled into the sack -- re-installation alone may not do the trick. It depends on what\'s in the Account... and client_state.xml files in your boinc Folder, i.e., whether the Work Unit is registered to you or your daughter. If not to you, your best bet might be to Detach, un-install boinc, re-install boinc, and re-attach (unless one of the experts comes along with a better idea).
