Hi,

got the following error message whenever starting a CPDN workunit:

19.01.2006 08:58:31|climateprediction.net|Unrecoverable error for result sulphur_ihsw_100862880_0 (process exited with code 26 (0x1a))

I\'ve forgotten to say that this is a machine running SuSE Linux 8.0

AFAIK this error is not in the range of those given to BOINC client, so if you look in the file yabsd.out (in the dataout folder of your WU), there should be an error message, or description, at the bottom of the file. This will tell you, what happened.

Til now, I\'m lucky ... no worries with my WU. I have SuSE 10 installed on my laptop.

Your exit code 26 is almost certainly an errno - ETXTBSY (text file busy). Which probably means that the model couldn\'t access a file because something else had it locked.

As belgix said, yabsd.out might reveal what caused it.
