What should I set this setting to? default is 20.

I think the setting may be too high as the model graphics seem to skip every 11-18 seconds.

I have a 15\" 60hrz lcd Sony monitor. Could swear I\'ve seen my monitor\'s max fps before but cannot find it now lol.
