I keep getting this error when climateprediction starts a fresh work unit. I dont\' think it gets to crunching any numbers. Next time my computer gets this error I can post the data that it wants to send to microsoft. Here is what I can dig up right now.(

The only thing discovered about exit code -1073741819, is that it\'s probably something to do with a conflict with a MS program. No cure has been discovered.

If you feel like experimenting, work out out else, MS wise, is running, and stop it/them until the model has got started; at least until it gets to the first disk save, and then suspend and exit BOINC, and make a backup of BOINC.

At least then you will be able to restore the backup as you try each MS program to see which one is the problem.
If you find out anything, please post back with the results.

For some people at least, it seems to be graphics related. Updating the drivers is an obvious first step.
