If you in boinc manager click the \'Commands\' tab and select \'Run always\'?
Boinc 5.2.14, is that an optimized client?

Do you have any Wu in the \"work\" tab?
If no, you can try to update the project.
If an update doesn\'t work, try to reset or detach/attach again.

It seems that boinc can\'t contact the CPDN server to have your general preferences: Check that a firewall doesn\'t block the internet connection to boinc and that you\'ve selected \"network activity always available\" in the \"command\" tab.

After detaching/attaching I got this error message:

Message from server: platform \'x86_64-pc-linux-gnu\' not found

If I look inside the message board then the amd64 should run.
But there seemd to be a problem that the software ask for a \"x86_64-pc-linux-gnu\"
system.

The system is a gui less client so there are no way to use the dialog based version
of boinc.

Can\'t addres the 5.2.14 issue but there have been mods tried before that wouldn\'t work.

Another issue: The only Work Units being issued now are Sulfur Cycle. 2.05 Gig of disk space isn\'t enough to complete a single Experiment, let alone two at a time.

My oldest P4 3.0 runs SC and has WUs in Phase 4 & Phase 5 (73 & 93%). Folder size is 5.36 Gig (5.44 Gig on disk). (Full disclosure: A suspended \"slab\" model lurks in the folder, too -- but probably accounts for little more than the .36 part of 5.36 Gig.)

This is your problem:
> Message from server: platform \'x86_64-pc-linux-gnu\' not found

There aren\'t any 64bit versions on this project.
The Linux OS here is:
> i686-pc-linux-gnu.

I have opened a thread on the phpBB forum, as there are users that run XP on 64 bits machines that can crunch models.
It should be possible with Linux, I think (except I don\'t know how)

Bernd,

Are you using a special 64 bit version of BOINC?

Edit...see this thread for possible explanation and confirmation that 64 bit BOINC will not work with 32bit hadsm.

Using anonymous platform:

I use a 64bits compiled version of BOINC. I\'d like to add ClimatePrediction.net to my project list, but you won\'t let me :-) Is it possible to use anonymous platform on this project, like I use on every project that still doesn\'t have an amd64 version? Thanks.
