Accounts don\'t get deleted. And we can\'t email you because that is hidden information which is only used as a unique identifier by the server software.

The errors you are getting are fairly common. Unfortunately.

error -1073741819 is a microsoft error number, possibly something to do with graphics.
Are your graphics drivers up to date?

Also, you are using BOINC 5.3.19
This project can\'t guarantee anything beyond the current Recommended version, 5.2.13
