If the model started on 3rd March, then it\'s rather unlikely that it would get to 96% so fast. Climate models take weeks to months to complete.
It\'s currently on 0% because it has started a new model.
The first one failed with exit code 1073807364, which is something to do with Windows.
It\'s been virtually impossible to find a definite answer or cure for this, but some people have fixed it by upgrading the drivers of their graphics cards.

Other possibilities, not necessarily to do with just this error code, are to exclude the BOINC folder from ALL scanning by your virus checker, (one brand of which deletes an important data file), and to use the menu Suspend before playing games, especially online games.

As for a system restore, I don\'t know what will happen.
The recommendation is to make a backup copy of the BOINC folder on a regular basis. With models taking 1800+ hours on some computers, losing it after 1000 hours leads to some heated posts by the user involved.

Note: Before a backup, use the menu Suspend, wait until the Status in the Work tab says Suspended, and then use menu Exit.
This will prevent the many files being backed up from getting out of sync.

Post back if I\'ve missed something.
