I installed this last night after watching a program on BBC2 about it all. But nothing appears to be happening. Every time I click on Update I get the message in messages \"no work sent\" followed by \"there was work for other platforms\". Also the help manager does not work. I\'ve looked up on this site for help and its to do with Netscape being setup as the default browser which IS installed on this comp but it still doesnt open. Anyway the explanations for rectifying this seem to have been given by a Mac illiterate person and I don\'t understand them. Also why can\'t I see a spinning globe like I could on all the comps on the TV? Thats visualisation right? How do you activate it? Please don\'t reply if you don\'t know how to operate a mac. Many thanks, Brad. |

I asked the same question just before you (No Work Sent). Forum moderator Les Bayliss responded: ----- Possible not. The core team are currently busy with the influx of new BBC users. I\'m not sure, (been busy helping on the other boards), but I think the sulphur models have been replaced by the new TCM models, and there isn\'t any Mac software for this yet. TCM = Transient Coupled Model. e.g. Experiment 2, as described in the science pages. Although back when that was written, it was called Coupled Ocean Model. |

I don\'t know how to operate a Mac, but I\'m going to reply anyway. There are no BBC type models for the Mac. So you can\'t get one. (Maybe soon.) |
