Hi folks. Until about a month ago, all was running smoothly. I now notice that I have not had any registered statistics fot more than 30 days and now my clien regularly performs a windows \"red cross\" crash as follows. forrtl: severe(38):error during write, unit 8, file C:\\Program Files\\BOINC\\projexts\\climateprediction.net\\hadcm3lb_5leu_05049010\\tmp\\pipe_dummy Under this i get a table showing \"image\" hadcm3transum_5.0 with 7 entries, and \"PC\" after each entry of 006EC5BA, 006E983C, 0069AFCC, 0069B47E, 00683B61 AND 00407084 - which i assume are memory address, finally in the table i get \"image\" kernel32.dll and \"PC\" 7C816D4F. I cannot find any support for errors in the client either on the boinc website or the climate prediction website and have reset the project as well as downloading the latest software version in an effort to sort it out. Has anyone else experienced this and aer there any suggestions as to what I can do to resolve it? Cheers Paul. |

Hi, please see the top post in this forum (the one marked \'solving model crashes -161 and -107....\' or something like that). A \'Fortran Error\' usually appears in the log as a -107... I'm a volunteer and my views are my own. News and Announcements and FAQ |
