Simulations have run well for almost a year (I ha ve 111000 total credits), but now I have a problem.

Since my computer crashed about 10 days ago (after I updated Adobe\'s Acrobat (not Reader) over the Internet), every new simulation which has been uploaded immediately ended with an unrecoverable error.

Last time, I got the following messages:

Starting result hadcm3lb_4qn7_05009135_1 using hadcm3lb version 5.08

Unrecoverable error for result hadcm3lb_4qn7_05009135_1 (Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden. (0x2)- exit code 2 (0x2))

The German text above (I use a German version of Windows XP on a Pentium IV computer) means \"The system could not find the indicated files\"

Can anyone help?

Try a Reset project in the Projects tab.

You\'ve had 18 model failures with the exit code 2 error since your last 2 sulphur models failed with the error Output file error: -1 at around 1740 UTC on 21st March. Before then you had a great record of completing slab and sulphur models.

Have you had an antivirus update that\'s getting false positives on model files? Or possibly a hard disk problem?

I have had F-secure for over one year which looks for updates on the F-Secure web site everytime I connect to the web. I never had a problem or a message indicating something to do with Boing had been blocked. As to my hard disk, nothing special to report. The only thing I could think of would be that I have not defragmented it for a long long time (at least one year).

I have also tried to reset the project, but it did not help.
