I run boinc sharing Climateprediction, Einstein, Predictor, and SETI time. All four used to cycle nicely but in the past month or so Climateprediction has stopped working. Files download when I tell it to update, it shows up on the work list, but then disappears. (And yes, I have reset the project.)

Got any ideas?

All quitting with exit code 5 (new one to me)

<core_client_version>4.25</core_client_version>
<message> - exit code -5 (0xfffffffb)
</message>

But I notice that your client is 4.25, CPDN is only compatible with 5.2.13 and above I believe... ?

Exit code 5 is an oldy, often found with slab models.
It\'s a \'catch all\' for when something else can\'t be found.

Often used to mean a computer instablitiy, even for a moment, causing a calculation error, and resulting in a \'Negative pressure\' being created in the cell being worked on.

Thanks, but here\'s the text of my latest error message:
\"Unrecoverable error for result hadcm3lb_5g58_05042184_1 (The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2) - exit code 2 (0x2))\"

Prior to the above I had run a reset with subsequent fresh data downloads, after which climateprediction showed up on Boinc\'s work screen. But the first time Boinc cycled to climateprediction the above error showed up in the messages.

You\'re trying to run Coupled Ocean models with an old version of BOINC.
First, use Windows uninstall to remove version 4.19, then download 5.2.13 from the download page link.
