Hi, I am continually getting an error message when I switch on my computer to say that some essential maintenance needs to be done. It then tells me to go on line and open up the BOINC manager page. I do this but don\'t know what to do from there. The screen saver seems to be working and the project is running. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks Chris |

It probably wants to upload a trickle to the server. It may be that the manager can\'t talk to the server, either because your firewall is preventing it, or because the network activity is suspended. Can you post in the contents of the \'messages\' tab on the manager onto this thread so we can take a look? I'm a volunteer and my views are my own. News and Announcements and FAQ |
