My Problem is that the current state of my workunit is not stored when the schedular turns goes to the next project I have participated.

So far climateprediction had 16 minutes of cpu-time. then it works for 10 minutes and shows 26 minutes. the next time climateprediction starts working it shows 16 minutes again.

Hope someone can help me

CPDN can only checkpoint at specific times. If your computer does not have enough time to reach a checkpoint it will not make any progress. I recommend increasing your setting for switch between applications on the web site. The default 60 mins is a good number, I have mine set to 77 minutes I think.
