My computer recently got its first hadcm unit, but the hadcm program crashes without fail about 1 cpu hour into the cycle. The sulfur cycle experiment, however, was more or less completely stable on my computer. Can I get the sulfur cycle again? Would it still be helpful to the climateprediction experiment? Is there anything I can do to stabilize the hadcm cycle (like a way to reinstall the climateprediction software)? I am running Windows XP, Intel P-M 1.86GHz. Thanks |

Sulphur models are obsolete, (expect for the ones still finishing). It would be a waste of time and electricity to start one now, which is why they are no longer available. At least one of your new models crashed with: exit code -1073741819 This indicates a graphics problem. Sometimes fixed with an update to the driver for your graphics card, from the card maker\'s web site. It may also be a conflict with other programs which use a lot of graphics, such as games, video editing, Excel, etc. If so, menu/Suspend the climate program before running these other programs.
