I upgraded to version 5.08 and seem to have lost all my credits and the climatechange experiment has reset to the beginning 1920 also if you visit one of the contact web sites when I return to the experiment I get a not responding mesage, does any one know what is wrong?

Were you previously using the BBC version?

If so, then uninstall 5.4.9, and reinstall the BBC one, and then you should be back in action.
