The 161 errors are of no help. They just meant that BOINC tried to upload the data files from the completion of the model, and, as the model HADN\'T completed, the files don\'t exist. Of more interest are the lines above these 161 errors (at least to someone who knows, which isn\'t me): [core_client_version]5.4.9[/core_client_version] [stderr_txt] scan: spec3a_lw_3_asol2c_hadcm3.gz scan: hadcm3trans_5.08_i686-pc-linux-gnu scan: yafbg.astart.gz scan: hdiuhdck_0208_nickfluxcorr.anc.gz scan: ghg_a1b.gz scan: 1081_ocean.year.gz scan: hadcm3transse_5.08_i686-pc-linux-gnu.zip scan: init_data.xml scan: volc_v48.gz scan: 1081_flux_corr.anc.gz scan: SULPC_OXIDANTS_19_A2_1990.gz scan: cpdnout10.zip scan: cpdnout11.zip scan: stderr.txt scan: cpdnout12.zip scan: cpdnout13.zip scan: cpdnout14.zip scan: cpdnout15.zip scan: cpdnout16.zip scan: hadcm3transum_5.08_i686-pc-linux-gnu.zip scan: solar_v04.gz scan: cpdnout1.zip scan: cpdnout2.zip scan: cpdnout3.zip scan: ozone_hadcm3_1919_2082.mod.gz scan: cpdnout4.zip scan: cpdnout5.zip scan: cpdnout6.zip scan: cpdnout7.zip scan: cpdnout8.zip scan: cpdnout9.zip scan: ozone_hadcm3_1919_2082.gz scan: NAT_VOLC.gz scan: DMSNH3SO2A1B_19182082N.gz scan: hadcm3transdata_5.08_i686-pc-linux-gnu.zip scan: boinc_lockfile scan: hadcm3trans_5.08_i686-pc-linux-gnu.so scan: SULPC_OXIDANTS_19_A2_1990.mod.gz scan: hadcm3lbm_3im2_05120231.zip scan: DMSNH3SO2A1B_19182082N.mod.gz scan: spec3a_sw_3_asol2b_hadcm3.gz Error: Restart files for dataout/atmos_restart.year not found Giving up, this result exceeded crash count for available restart files. It\'s possible that the parameter set values lead to a failed model. But the only way to find this out is to run them. Which is part of the project. |
