I joined the other day, and have been assigned a WU. It is still not ready to run, however, since I have twice had dowload aborts (probably on the same file). Annoyingly enough, it is one of the largest files, of course...

- Giving up on download of hadsm3data_4.03_windows_intelx86.zip [...]

If I try to update the project nothing happens ("Scheduler RPC [...] succeeded", but no new download starts).

Any explanations/suggestions?

You need to do a project reset to restart the download, suf.

I've seen this before and suspect the client gets confused about what needs to be downloaded, not knowing which of the previous downloads has failed.

I found that deleting all the files in the cpdn project directory that include "4.03" in the filename before doing a project reset gets around the problem - although it does mean that _all_ the files will need to be redownloaded.
