Hi I have been running climate prediction for the past 6 months, I noticed there was a update available in the messages folder, which I installed, everything disappeared and I had to setup everything again.

However I can\'t attach to a project. Start process, insert my email and password and receive a message saying \"Incomplete request received\" any help would be appreciated.

Error message below:

It\'s possible that you were using the BBC\'s special version of BOINC, which installs to a different folder. This was version 5.3.19
If this is the case, all of your work is still sitting there, wondering where you\'ve gone.

You can get it back by uninstalling the new version, and reinstalling the original version.
Or by uninstalling then reinstalling the new version, but selecting the original folder location, instead of the default.
