I every body, i\'m Italian and don\'t speak weel english. I have to do make a new version of boinc, version 5.4.9 to 5.4.11. I have some works unit in the task, how to make it ???

Very comprehensive information at John\'s link.

Simpler reply: make sure that the BOINC Manager is stopped, then just run the 5.4.11 install. No need to uninstall the previous version (5.4.9) first.
