Is there a possibility, that 2 different PC\'s can work on one Project? (LAN)

Cpdn is a project and you can have as many computers as you like working on it. The climate models are workunits and it\'s one computer or core of computer per WU.

Depending what you are asking, the answer is:
The same project, yes. The same WU, no.

None of the projects that I know of allow for the units to be computed across multiple processors. One unit per processor.

There has been some talk that machines with multiple cores may be able to span processing across the cores, but none have gone that way, yet. Unsure if it will ever.
