The HADcm3 coupled model experiment I have been running has stopped, and reads Computation Error. What can I do? I have several backups of the BOINC folder, can I simply delete the old one and replace the new one; or will this lead to the same result?

Hi Trekkie

Here are Les\'s instructions for backing up and restoring the contents of the boinc folder:

Usually when you restore a backup, the model then progresses OK though of course it has to repeat a bit of processing before it gets to new work and trickles.

The best thing (as well as you restoring the backup) is for us to be able to look at your computer specs and the details of why the model crashed to help you avoid the same problem in future. We can\'t do this because your computers are hidden. If you change this preference and let us look at your details, we\'ll have a look.
