The screensaver doesn\'t seem to load correctly. After a few tries, it eventually forces the model into \'computational error\' and causes it to abort.

Anyone else seeing something similar?

Could be due to faulty installation.
Try upgrading the core client to version 5.8.17 http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php
and see if the behaviour persists.

I am having the same problem, it says computational error.. it is the 5th time, I tried it on a Mac Pro 2.66 quad XEON, a Macbook 2ghz, 1.83 core 2 duo... intel iMac.... It consistently Fails. That is a whole lot of computer power gone to waste... I got numerours models running, one per core... and they all fail. I have reinstalled in everycomputer... nothign works. I somehow tend to think that the problem had something to do with the graphics programming in the model... when I click \"show graphics\" it will not work, and force it into a computation error, as well as the screen saver option.

Try using the default graphics settings for your climatepredictions.net settings. That\'s the problem I was having and the defaults work just fine.
