I\'m sure there\'s a simple answer to this, but I can\'t find it in a FAQ anywhere.

I would like to run BOINC on my work machine. But only one machine. I log in to a few different machines (classroom computers in an educational environment). When I installed with the defaults on my office machine, I ended up running BOINC via network everytime I logged in on the other machines. This eventually resulted in consistently crashing my projects.

I have the \"LocalAdmin\" rights to my machine. Is the appropriate step to install BOINC as LocalAdmin, as a service? Will it then only apply to my office machine and keep me from clobbering the other machines I log in to?
