let me explain my situation (with bad english :p) - i run CPDN on Headless BOINCpe that i adapt to run BOINC on windows 2000 network mapped drive (original BOINCpe run on RAMdisk) ,, http://boincpe.schreiter.info/ - i tested with Rosetta and QMC project and every think work fine without error - after many test CPDN WUs error is occurs ===== Error Message ===== 6/12/2007 5:02:38 AM [error] Can\'t get task disk usage: system opendir 6/12/2007 5:07:16 AM Computation for task hadsm3fub_0543_005894051_0 finished 6/12/2007 5:07:16 AM Output file hadsm3fub_0543_005894051_0_2.zip for task hadsm3fub_0543_005894051_0 absent 6/12/2007 5:07:16 AM Output file hadsm3fub_0543_005894051_0_3.zip for task hadsm3fub_0543_005894051_0 absent 6/12/2007 5:07:21 AM [error] Can\'t open client_state_next.xml: system fopen 6/12/2007 5:07:21 AM [error] Couldn\'t write state file: system fopen ===== End Message ===== after this error share drive disappear from network and \"request timeout\" when ping on W2K server (restart to recovery) - this error always occur with Windows2000 share drive but with WindowsXP BOINC work very smooth (same WUs and Box) - maybe account permission problems ?, because i mapped drive with guests permission Can someone fix this error ?? This project doesn\'t like working on network drives, as there is too much data to transfer. The high data rate causes crashes when the program can\'t get the data fast enough. |

Thank you for your reply ... but if i run share server by my laptop (Windows XP) model is work fine and alway error on Windows 2000 ,, i\'ll try to install WIndowsXP for by share server Thank you. |
