I found two models which had crashed, the first had a \'cpdn process is not running\', and the second had the following (which I\'ve never seen before):

In any case, I can\'t provide any specific advice, all I can suggest is to look at the \'crashes and other problems\' readme, which has some generic advice (I think in post #5).
Basically:
* If you are about to run something which will take all the computers resources for 15 minutes or more (games, media compression, etc), exit boinc first
* Don\'t use the screensaver
* Exit boinc before shutting down windows
