I have set my tasks to cycle to the next one every hour. However, my Climate Prediction task is set to \"high priority. I assume this means it\'s set to run over any other tasks. Am I right? If so, how can I set it to run normally? |

It IS running \"normally\". You just need to realise that when you add a climate model to the mix, that times get stretched out over weeks, instead of the hours and days that you\'re used to. Leave it alone. BOINC is adjusting it\'s work schedule to cope, and will continue to do so for a while. When it\'s sorted out how long the climate model is compared to your other, shoter models, these shorter models will \"get payed back\" all of the extra time that the climate model got. Fiddling will just make thinks worse, because BOINC will still try to compensate. Backups: Here |
