I\'m a lazy guy, and don\'t want to change the preferences many times a day just to get the optimal performance. I wish for two processor usage schemes, for example - user working: multiprocessor a%, CPU time b%. - user inactive: multiprocessor c%, CPU time d%.

That would be a BOINC change, not a project. So you\'d be best making an account on the BOINC boards and making your request there.

Climate is a BOINC project, but does not write the BOINC code. They just write the application that runs in the BOINC code. The Websites and Master software are written by the BOINC team and they control the way the software works.
