Is it possable to switch between climatepredition.net screensaver and seti screensaver?...i dont seem to find a way... |

The theory is that the project that\'s currently running will have it\'s screen saver displayed. But this will be a problem where the computer has more than one processor, and is running WU\'s from different projects at the same time. Backups: Here |

Well,you know where you dl seti at the home page ?,well to the right youll see like 3 different graphics but mine only shows 1,as with the dl for climateprediction i saw an earth 1 and something else like a big graphic shaped like the earth,how do you get those different ones to show up ???... |

Your message is not easy to decipher. Best shot: We discourage use of the screen saver. It steals a considerable amount of resource from productive work. Instead, for short checks, use boinc manager/Tasks/show graphics, with the appropriate CPDN run highlighted. It works. Well, I don\'t run SETI, and I don\'t use any screen savers, but perhaps you\'re talking about the different views available. For the climate models, go to the Tasks tab and click the Show graphics button; then you can press different keys to see different views. Which ones are available can be seen by pressing H (for Help). To change the view running as the screen saver, you need to change the option in your prefs in your account on the server.
