The program has been running for 4 hours after I installed it. But when I reboot my computer, the program cannot be started. The icon of \'BOINC\' dispeared quickly in the task bar when started. Why? Even after I reinstall it, it still doesn\'t work. |

baigc Could you please supply a little more information, OS, error messages, etc so that people can try to figure out what's happening? Also, check your hard drive space and confirm with your preferences to ensure there is enough space available and alloted to CPDN/Boinc to run. Needs 600+ Mb. DaveN |

I have had a similar problem. Athlon xp2200, Windows XP SP2. I exited boinc then rebooted computer. On start up boinc icon appears and then disapears.
