Your machine is not fast enough to getto the next check point (144 time steps)in an hour -- it was calculating the same hour over and over and over... |

Figures that many hours lookin, I find no answers 'till I ask. #1. My teammate ROM is working on timesliceing, which currently shares all projects equally irregardless, and swaps blissfully ignorant of things like checkpoints. #2. leave in memory when suspended MUST be set to yes, a faster machine may note its progress within an hour .But (correct me if I'm wrong) these tasks will still lose progress when pre-empted, having to restart from the last checkpoint each hour.More RAM would help? #3. 72 trickles per wu = 1.389 % per trickle. 3000 Hours Total (est)= approx 41.6 hours per trickle .shared (*2) + nearly 4 days per trickle doing two projects. #4. Off Topic, signatures are in html here . |
