I'm guessing its some compatibility issue since F21 is pretty new and there are many changes but I get the message a message that reads "[MODEL NAME] is not available for Linux on an AMD x86_64 CPU"

It's several models that fail, including the Linux-only ones. My BOINC client is from the Fedora repo: 7.2.42.

Is this something that the team needs to update their projects for? Is there some way I need to file a bug report?

I can provide more information if needed. Thanks.

That's due to your computer not having the 32 libraries installed.

See the sticky post at the top of this Linux section of the board.
