After recieving an e-mail from you dated September 18, 2004 8:19am \'climateprediction.net Problem Detected\', I followed, I thought, the eight steps you outlined for me to go through to right the wrong. I stopped the BOINC climatepredictor client by clicking the option \'detach from project\'. I have reinstalled both BOINC and climatepredictor and the climatepredicor listing under \'projects\' is absent.
Please tell me what I did wrong, if the above information is sufficient for you to make this determination, and let me know what steps I need to go through to correct the problem.

Unfortunately you went wrong at the first step. You should have exited from BOINC, not detached from CPDN :(

You'll have to re-attach to http://climateprediction.net using the key you were sent with your account confirmation email.

You've managed to terminate the run you'd just completed phase 1 for and will be allocated a new one (and computer identity) when you re-attach. You may want to merge the computers using the <b>merge this computer</b> option at the bottom of the page you bring up by clicking on one of the computer IDs on <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/hosts_user.php">this page</a>.
