Will keep an eye on this as,based on previous experience, it may well affect Linux tasks as well.

This computer is currently running retread tasks that have failed on another machine so I won't know for a couple of days whether those from that batch are going to fall over on my machine as well. If they do I will let project people know.

I received another task later that day — very much shorter at just over 17 hours to process instead of several days — which has survived and been recorded on the site as a success. Only three trickle files, plus a "_restart" file at the same time as the first and an "_out" file two minutes after the last.
