I looked at my Boinc Manager Projects tab yesterday and found that, rather than the 3 million plus work units I'd accumulated over the past six or so years, my accumulated units now show as zero; they've not returned today. I'm assuming this is some sort of glitch, and that those work units have not been somehow retroactively declared as invalid and thrown out. The accumulated score is not the primary reason I'm leaving my machine on and contributing cycles, but it gives one pause, particularly when there are other legitimate Boinc projects that seem less iffy in terms of what's going on.
