Please explain why my User name has been changed to ' old_user56130 ' from my original name of Tackleway!!! Whilst I haven't crunched for a while, I set up a new computor using my original User name and found that my old credits, only 73760.86, have been moved to User ' old_user56130 '. Please explain and restore my credits, Thanks Tackleway Dave |

This must be a joke. I must participate in project all the time or they delete my accout? This project need people with cpu or i need this project to support? All my volunteer work is gone. Credits was the only way to see how my compute work was useful. It is like i never participate and don´t exist. I was registreded since 2007! |

Thank you very much. I see it now. But i don´t understand why i don´t get mail with prolong my account. And all active users will be happy. Me to. So what can i do now? Wait for credit or i have forever zero credit on my acc? |

Any UK based project should be doing the same or they face large fines for not complying with the legislation. I have only read parts of the legislation relating to another organisation I was a trustee for so don't know all the details. It may be that other projects set the time that it is absolutely necessary to keep personal data for higher or lower. |

Well give me my credits back to my new account or reactivate the old one and my new machine will be released to get new work, but I won't spend my pension on power bills for folk who nick off with my credit however meagre it may seem to you!! |
