Even though I have completed no work units lately, and only started running one today, I got a few (perhaps 40) credits today. I looked at my outstanding work units and there are 215 work units with credit pending. One as old as July 2010. Are they ever going to be sent out to others so I can get credit for them? Or even have them fail? Most of these have been sent to three machines (one is mine), and the other two failed.

I have no idea why some tasks are labeled as "validation pending" and others are not. There is no true boinc validation in cpdn (other PCs returning basically identical results for the same work unit) and there never has been. Credits are based on trickles returned times the credits/trickle for each model type. I have nearly 3000 tasks under the "validation pending" boinc tag but have been given credit for all of them.
