I had the classic version, now I have boinc, and it seems to be running ok. But my little spinning world down in my toolbar says I need to register on the website, and it seems to think I\'m not connected to the internet. Is this just the old version, that needs to be deinstalled somehow?

Yes, you don't need your old classic CPDN program anymore. You should be able to uninstall Climate Prediction in the usual way - go to <i>control panel, add or remove programs</i>. But keep your archive directory if you can. Save it to CD/DVD if you are short of space and have the facility. The scientists have recently been asking for extra files from some runs for further study.
