> No, (A.M.D. Athlon 2100+ win98) > No, (A.M.D. Athlon 64 3000+ win98) The Win 98/AMD combination was said to be pretty flakey in the classic version as well. > No, (Intel Celeron D 320 win98) A few people have managed to complete a run with processors well below the 800 MHz recommended minimum spec. But they are very much the exception. > Yes ,no SETI or LHC on this machine only.(A.M.D. Sempron 3300+ win98) At least the Win 98/AMD combination isn't fatal for CPDN! |

AMD XP 2500+ spec' 11x167 for 1.83GHz running at 12.5x180 for 2.25GHz watercooled, <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/show_host_detail.php?hostid=65740">'Marion'</a>, is running CP-boinc under WinME - she has completed two models and is 10% through her 3rd model running CP-boinc. BOINC v4.13 plus CP v4.04 works for her... :-) <a href="http://www.nmvs.dsl.pipex.com/"><img src="http://boinc.mundayweb.com/cpdn/stats.php?userID=6&team=off&trans=off"></a> <a href="http://www.nmvs.dsl.pipex.com/">Distributed Mania</a> |
