Hi, Partway through running a climateprediction.net model, my computer decided to throw a tantrum (for reasons probably not to do with this project). In the end i compleatly reformatted the thing, new OS and all, so all data from that model is probably lost. When I re-downloaded BIONIC and added my climateprediction.net account it (the climateprediction.net server or whatever it is that runs the BIONIC transfer) assigned me a different model. My question: is there any way 1) for me to be re-assigned that model or 2) alow somone elce to be assigend that model before the 2005 deadline? Please help a confused participent. Win XP Pro, Pentium 2.8GHz, 512MB Ram, 60GB storage |

If you had a backup of the BOINC directory, you could have restored that. If you did not have a backup, you get a new WU and nothing you can do about it. The old WU will be reassigned after some time with no trickles. <a href="http://www.boinc.dk/index.php?page=user_statistics&project=cpdn&userid=13"><img border="0" height="80" src="http://13.cpdn.sig.boinc.dk?188"></a> |
